BNB Formula is built around rental arbitrage. That is the model where you rent a property and then sub-rent it on Airbnb. It is a real business model. The course covers the basics well.

The challenge in 2026 is that rental arbitrage is much harder now. Landlords know about it. Many leases ban it. The course was built when arbitrage was easy to do. The market changed. The course content has not caught up.
