These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("you," "your," "User") and Sean Rakidzich, operating Rakidzich.com ("we," "us," "our," "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rakidzich.com website, all associated subdomains, courses, digital products, downloadable materials, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

This license specifically does not permit you to:

When you purchase a Course or Digital Product from Rakidzich.com, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your individual educational use. You are not purchasing ownership of the content itself.

Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, courses provide lifetime access for the original purchaser. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Rakidzich.com continues to operate and offer the course on its platform. We reserve the right to retire or update course content at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Account Requirements

Accessing purchased courses requires maintaining an active account in good standing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access courses through your account. Each purchase is for a single user only.

License Restrictions

• Course access is personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, gift, or transfer your access to another person
• Downloading course videos for offline use is only permitted where explicitly enabled by the platform
• Screen recording or capturing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited
• Course content may not be reproduced for group viewing, corporate training, or commercial use without a separate license agreement

Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We use industry-standard payment processors; by completing a purchase, you also agree to your payment processor's applicable terms of service.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our courses and digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once course access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product with immediate access upon payment
• The digital nature of the product means it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
• You have reviewed all course descriptions, preview content, and scope prior to purchase

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for documented technical issues that prevent access to purchased content. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to alberto@milliondollarrenter.com. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional prices, discounts, and coupon codes are valid only during the specified promotional period. No price adjustments will be made retroactively for prior purchases.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of Rakidzich.com or its Services:

• Plagiarism and Unauthorized Reproduction: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any course content, strategies, frameworks, or materials, including posting course content on social media, YouTube, or other platforms, without explicit written permission
• Commercial Exploitation: Using any Content from Rakidzich.com to create competing courses, training programs, coaching services, or other commercial products
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials, course access links, or purchased content with individuals who have not purchased the course
• Circumventing Access Controls: Using technical means to bypass access restrictions, copy protected content, or gain unauthorized access to content you have not purchased
• Defamatory or Harmful Content: Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful
• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment claims, or any deceptive practices in connection with purchases
• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access, copy, or collect information from the website
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the website, servers, or networks
• Legal Violations: Using the Services in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate termination of your access, forfeiture of any purchased course access without refund, and potential legal action.

When participating in any interactive areas of the Services, including any community forums, comment sections, Q&A features, or group coaching sessions, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services. You represent and warrant that:

• Any content you submit does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• You have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content
• Your submissions are truthful and not misleading
• Your submissions comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content and to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, at our sole discretion.

All Content found on or through Rakidzich.com, including but not limited to course videos, audio recordings, written materials, slide decks, templates, spreadsheets, frameworks, pricing strategies, market analysis methodologies, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Rakidzich.com or is used with permission from the applicable rights holder.

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download (except where explicitly permitted), repost, copy, or otherwise use any Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without obtaining express advance written permission from Rakidzich.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rakidzich.com, Sean Rakidzich, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or business information
• Business interruption
• Personal injury arising from your use of the Services
• Any other pecuniary loss

This limitation applies whether the damages arise from use or inability to use the Services, from reliance on course content, from unauthorized access to your account, or from any other cause, even if Rakidzich.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Rakidzich.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

• Engaging in prohibited activities, including unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course content
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks
• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Providing false information in connection with your account or purchase

Upon termination for cause, your license to access courses and Content terminates immediately and no refund will be issued. Termination does not affect any rights or remedies we may have against you for violations that occurred prior to termination.

You may also choose to discontinue use of the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 16) shall survive termination of this Agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rakidzich.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at alberto@milliondollarrenter.com and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding in connection with any dispute related to these Terms or the Services.

Rakidzich.com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users via email.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
